Cake Ordering Info

SanRemo cakes are one-of-a-kind and can be made to order for any occasion. In-store selections have something to please every customer and satisfy the most irresistible craving. Millefoglie and St. Norre cakes are customer favourites. With an Italian style all desserts are made with the highest quality ingredients, and are finished with special detail to presentation.

Our counter staff would be more than pleased to assist you in your cake selection for that special occasion (birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, religious celebrations).


The majority of our cakes are available in a round, rectangular, book, letter, or number shapes. We have a selection of cakes that are available daily, for prices and availability.

Round cakes:

6”   (6 to 8 servings)
8”   (8 to 12 servings)
10” (18 to 22 servings)

Rectangular and book shape cakes:

9×12   (25 to 30 servings)
10×15 (30 to 40 servings)
12×17 (40 to 60 servings)
14X20 (60 to 80 servings)

Single letter and number cakes:

10×15 (25 to 35 servings)
12×17 (40 to 50 servings)
14×20 (60 to 70 servings)

*double letters available 14×20 only


Orders over $100 require a 50% deposit.

Due to the nature of our products, WE DO NOT accept returns or process refunds.

CANCELLATIONS must be made no later than 24 hours after placing your order.

If ordered in advance, any changes must be made 24 hours prior to pick up.

SanRemo Bakery and Café Inc. designers reserve the right to make any last minute adjustments to cakes as needed.

Specialty cakes and traditional cakes may be placed over the telephone or by visiting the bakery.

Kindly have the following details ready when calling or visiting to discuss an order:

  • Date of your event
  • Type of occasion
  • Number of servings being requested
  • Idea or cake design in mind
  • Cake flavor choice(s)

Please note that we try our best to duplicate the photo, but are not always able to recreate pieces with 100% accuracy.


Before you leave with your order, please make sure that we have spelled names correctly and have included the details you have requested. Sometimes we do miss a tiny little thing and would be glad to fix it for you on the spot. We make sure our cakes are sent off securely and in proper condition.

We will not be liable for any damages done to your cake once you have left with it. However, feel free to call us to see if there is anything we can do to help as we may be able to offer some assistance.

All cakes and pastries should be transported on a flat surface in your vehicle. Once at your destination, refrigerate your cake or pastries if not being served right away. Cakes and pastries must be kept cool.

If you have sent someone else to pickup your order, they are responsible for making sure that the order is to your satisfaction before leaving the bakery.


We cannot guarantee a 100% color match, but will try our best to match if a colour swatch is provided. If you do not provide a sample color, we will tint the buttercream or fondant to the best of our judgment.

We use high quality ingredients for our cakes and pastries. We are not a nut-free environment.


We use fresh ingredients and we bake from scratch. Ingredients include flour, sugar, eggs, butter, milk, fruits and nuts. Preservatives are not used in our products.

At this time we offer a few gluten free pastries. However, we do not offer any dairy free or sugar free products and are not a certified Kosher establishment. Please call for further questions and concerns.

As preservatives are not used in our products, please keep in mind that pastries and cakes are best served the day or the day after you pick up your order and will keep fresh for about 2 to 3 days afterwards if stored properly. None of our products are made to be frozen since they lack preservatives.
