• We are only offering PRE-ORDER contactless services (curb-side pick-up).
  • The bakery is open for walk-in.
  • We are taking extra steps and every precaution we can to ensure the health and safety of our employees and customers, to prevent any possible spread of COVID-19.
  • All our employees are wearing masks and gloves, we are regularly doing enhanced cleaning in the bakery, and we are extra cautious handling all food products.
  • Employees who have been in contact with someone who has a presumptive case, a confirmed case, or symptoms of Covid-19 are not to come to work.


  • Ordering opens Thursday at 6pm for the following Tuesday to Sunday
  • All orders must be processed online, orders cannot be placed via the phone.
  • Same day orders are not possible.
  • The only products available are the ones you see online.
  • Every day has a maximum amount of orders that can be processed, if you can’t get through for a certain date / time, please choose another.
  • If you proceed through to ordering, you will have 30 minutes to shop around before the time ends.
  • Some products also have daily limits, and general stock limits. If you do not see a product available for a certain date/time, that is because it is out of stock for that date/time.
  • Cut off for orders is 1 day before the order date (exp: Orders for Thursday will be cut off on Wednesday @4pm) or when the spots sell out; except for Tuesdays when the cut-off is Sunday at 4pm since we are closed on Mondays

How SanRemo curb-side window pick up works.

  • Minimum order for curb-side is $10.
  • Choose a time slot from 10am – 3pm
  • You will select a pick-up time that is available. Please arrive at the bakery within 30 minutes of that pick-up time. If your order is for 11am, arrive between 11am and 11:30am. Please don’t be later than that – you’ll delay other customers from getting their order!
  • You will receive a text from us in the morning indicating that your order will be ready for your chosen pick-up time.
  • Please be patient while we find your order and add the cold items to your package. We don’t want to forget anything so keep in mind it will take some time for us to ensure we have your full order.
  • Be sure to tell us if you separately ordered a custom cake that you did not purchase through the online system so that this doesn’t get forgotten.
  •  Please leave the area when you have your order so we can continue to service customers!
